If you are designing a Template that requires a full Screenshot of the WebPage then I have found this the best Application.
It can be put on a USB so it is a Portable App.
Be careful with the settings though.
It takes a little time to get it right.

A Free image software that once you learn the basics is a great free image software application.
As I only use Portable Apps I tried this on a USB and it works.
Not sure if the settings save properly though.
Also not sure yet what information it leaves behind.
